Started the new med on Saturday. It said to take before breakfast, so basically I get up, do my morning 'ablutions' then go downstairs and take it. Doesn't have to be taken with food, so it works.
I also started drinking more water and juice. I had a coke on Friday, and it was too sweet.
Trying to limit my gratuitous carbs. Like cookies and such. Really hard, but I think I have a downward trend on the scale. Still within my +/- 5 though. We'll see.
